For ArcaCedro and Snag Report Pro accounts. Your company administrator approves the request, and it is completed within 30 days.
In the app
Settings › About › Delete my account › Send deletion request. You can cancel it until it is approved.
By email
Write to [email protected] from your account’s email address and ask for your account to be deleted.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, name and contact details.
- Your personal reports (not linked to a company project) and their photos on our servers.
What is kept
- Snags on company projects stay with the company, with your name in their history as it was written then, because they are part of the company’s project records.
- Backups are removed in the normal cycle, within 90 days.
Reports only on your phone
Reports you keep only on your phone are never on our servers. Delete them in the app, or uninstall the app to remove them.
